You are most welcome and we assure you that you’ll make new friends during your time with us in Aspen!

You’re welcome to attend whatever events your schedule allows. We ask you to commit to the full event cost even if you’re unable to be with us the entire time.  We have a limited number of spaces and we’ll be reserving one just for you.

Aspen is 7,908 feet above sea level. Although our altitude isn’t likely to be a problem for anyone who enjoys good health, there are a few things to be aware of. Plan on drinking plenty of water to avoid the headaches that can come with the transition to a higher altitude and dry climate. The sun can be intense, so bring sunscreen.

September is a beautiful time of year in Aspen as the leaves will be fiery red and gold. The temperature will vary with warmer temps during the day (low-50’s-mid-60’s) and much cooler temps in the evening (30’s). Plan to pack plenty of layers (undershirts, flannels, jackets) that you can put on and take off depending on whether you’re outside and the time of day.

Flying into Denver is more affordable, but will take longer to get to Aspen. Shuttle service is available from shuttle express. You can find more information about the shuttle by clicking here. You may rent a car if you wish, but Aspen is truly a pedestrian City which is part of its great charm. Expect a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive from the Denver Airport.

There’s no need for you to rent a car as the shuttles from our airport are frequent and free. Saint Mary’s Church is located in the heart of the downtown area and most everything is within easy walking distance. Aspen is truly a pedestrian City which is part of its great charm.
